By accessing or using Telenumerus—including the website, REST API, and Telegram bots—you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2Service Description
Telenumerus provides temporary phone number rental for SMS verification purposes. Numbers are recycled after use and should not be considered permanent. We operate as an intermediary connecting users with upstream phone number providers.
3Acceptable Use
The service is intended for legitimate verification purposes only. The following uses are prohibited:
- Fraud, identity theft, or financial crimes
- Harassment, stalking, or threatening behavior
- Impersonation of individuals or organizations
- Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Sending SMS messages (our numbers are receive-only)
- Bulk account creation for the purpose of spam or manipulation
- Violating the Terms of Service of platforms being verified against
4Account & Payment
API keys are bearer tokens—treat them as secrets. Anyone with your API key can access your account and spend your balance. We are not responsible for unauthorized use resulting from compromised keys.
Cryptocurrency deposits are non-refundable. Unused balance remains on your account and can be applied to future orders. Automatic refunds are issued when SMS verification fails or times out. The minimum deposit amount is $1.00.
5No Guarantees on Delivery
SMS delivery depends on upstream providers and carrier networks. We cannot guarantee that a verification code will be delivered to any particular number. Success rates vary by platform and country.
We automatically refund failed orders. No service-level agreement (SLA) is provided on delivery times or success rates.
6Privacy
We collect minimal data necessary to operate the service. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
7Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, without prior notice. Remaining balance on suspended accounts is forfeited.
8Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Telenumerus is not liable for failed verifications, expired codes, platform bans, or any downstream actions taken by third-party services.
9Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
